Are children allowed in the evening classes?

Because our evening classes are more difficult we suggest children be at least 12 years of age. For this reason we offer Open Paint sessions Wednesday-Friday from 2:00-5:00pm and seasonal Family Day classes. Use the filter button on the schedule page to view all Family Day classes.

What is Open Paint?

Open Paint is offered Wednesday - Friday from 2:00pm - 5:30pm and does not require reservations. During this time you can start with a blank canvas and create your own masterpiece or choose from one of our many pre-stenciled canvases and paint it how you’d like. The cost is $20 per painter and beverages are available for purchase. This is a great option for all ages!

What time do I need to arrive for a class?

For all classes we recommend arriving 15-30 minutes early to ensure you have plenty of time to check in with our receptionist, grab a drink from the bartender, and choose your color palette for the night.  We start painting promptly at the listed time, so if you arrive after that our instructor will catch you up.
Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may not be allowed to paint as it can be difficult to catch up and complete the painting in the allotted class time.

What do I wear?

We recommend wearing something you don't mind getting a little paint on...after all, we are an art studio! Aprons are provided but please note that we use acrylic paint which does NOT come out of clothing.

Do you provide alcohol?

Yes! Your first beverage is included with the cost of the class. A variety of beer and local Palisade wine is available for purchase. Bringing in outside alcohol is NOT permitted due to the Colorado Liquor Laws.

If I come with a friend or a group, can we all sit together?

It's always more fun with friends! To make sure your group can sit together be sure to let us know when you register so we can make arrangements. Seating charts are made for each class to ensure all groups can sit together.
